Warwick is an accredited specialist in Criminal Law and has a background as an Investigator and Prosecutor with the New South Wales Police. This blended experience allows Warwick’s clients to enjoy the benefits of a specialised insight into the workings of criminal and traffic prosecutions.

Warwick has represented clients charged with the most serious of criminal offences. Warwick’s experience allows him to commence sensible discussions with the prosecuting authorities to eliminate unnecessary time delays and legal costs and achieve the best possible result for his clients.

Warwick is a Director of Anderson Boemi Lawyers and has been practising as a solicitor for 20 years. He appears on a regular basis in Local Courts throughout the Sydney metropolitan area and in rural New South Wales and is well known by the Magistrates and Prosecutors.

Warwick is committed to the local community, he takes an active approach and offers his personal time to attend local schools and educate members of our community about youth and the law, drink-driving and other traffic offences.

Warwick aims to educate his clients by explaining the Law in plain English, assisting his clients to understand the law, the elements of the offence which they have been accused of committing, the sentencing processes and avenues of rehabilitation.

Warwick was admitted as a Solicitor in 1993 and has developed a diverse practice to suit the needs of the local and wider community, particularly within the area of Criminal Law.

Warwick is available to attend Police Stations with clients to ensure that their rights are respected and their time in the custody of police is minimised. Warwick’s presence minimises the stress that is associated with arrest and charging and ensures that the arrested persons do not suffer unnecessary prejudice.

In addition to criminal law, Warwick assists many corporate and commercial clients with general business advice, all types of litigation and contractual disputes. Warwick has represented large wholesale organisations and assisted them in all areas of business whilst undertaking rapid expansion. Warwick has assisted members of the large commercial organisation with educational presentations both in Australia and overseas.
